SC - Low acid tomatoes

     Brenna asked "Okay, so how do you know if your tomatoes are low acid???"
     
     I must admit that I agree with Ras, some tomatoes may be sweeter than 
     others, so you really can't tell by the taste.  When I'm canning tomato 
     products, I tend to add the vinegar, just to be on the safe side.  Leanna
