SC - Outdoor Feast in December (was: Please Help!!!)

Here in Calontir (the mid-west), the best times to cook out (for long
periods of time)are during the spring and autumn, between the showers:)
It's too cold in the winter and too hot during the summer (well, july and
august, anyways!) altho' I know people who do it anyways. I think it
depends on whether it's hotter outside or in the kitchen.
