SC - German anyone?

Greetings,

  After having helped with several feasts cooked by our local guild,
and suggesting that we do a German feast. It has been..suggested..that
I do the next feast. This would elevate me to journeyman in our local
guild

  It will be sometime next year before I would be Kitchen Stewarding,
but feel like there is no time like the present to try to pin down
recipies. 

  My question is, does anyone have ant sources for period German food?
I have a ethnic German cookbook that has given me some ideas, but
would like to get as close to period as I can. Sometime in the 1400's.
