SC - Looking for a recipe

     Linda, I found a liver loaf recipe that I got off the web.  I think it was 
     the Heinz company's.  I also found a recipe for braunschweiger in a "how to 
     make sausage" text at my college library. (I work at an Aggie college!)  
     I'll check my recipes and see if I made myself a hard copy.

Does anyone have a recipe for liver sausage? It doesn't need to be a 
period recipe.Also I don't care if it calls for alot of liver. I have a 
few moose livers and one of them weighs 7 pounds it's self. If any one 
can help I would be very happy.
