Oops.  I could have answered that one, if I hadn't been in the Gulf at the
time.... 8(  We used to buy creamline milk at one of the stores in Norfolk
- - it's good, but (in Norfolk, at least) bloody expensive.

Had a pint delivered to our flat in Scotland every day, at a much lower
price....
