Thanks loads for both the explanation of "amulum" and the extra recipe in the
Latin. I would dearly love to have a copy of the Flower and Rosenbaum edition
of Apicius, but have only been able to find Vehling's, and as we all know, it
has many weaknesses, not least being the lack of the original Latin.

Why comment on the teriyaki idea? It seemed self-evident.
