SC - Question for Cariadoc about another Garlicky Chicken

When it's in a manuscript, it's a scribal error. This is in a typescript,
so it's a typo.

Ok, you've got me confused. (yeah, yeah, I know, so what's new). Is there 
or isn't there an error in this recipe? And if so, what is the error?
That the saffron shouldn't be there? Or that the amount is too much?
