El-cheapo sausage stuffer:  get one of those plastic bag type cake decorating things
from the grocery store, bore out one of the tips, then pull the casing over the
tip.  Fill the bag with the sausage and squeeze like hell.  More work than the
mechanical ones, but a lot cheaper.
