in the Middle Ages_ by Terence Scully is available from the Food Heritage
Press for $45.00 in hardback.  No paperback is listed.  You can reach the
Press at   http://www,shore,net/~foodbks.  You should also consult Acanthus
and Amazon.  They may have it cheaper.
