Agreed. Don't hesitate to ask questions. Especially on this list. You have
here people that range from the clueless to very knowledgeble. From the
dedicated amateur to the serious professional. And more opinions than you can
shake a stick at. :-)

So welcome. :-) I am considered boastful, occasionally rude, opinionated, loud
and uncaring by a few. I consider myself out-spoken, sweet, kind, sharing,
dedicated to historical cookery and general all around good guy. I am a
Gemini. Oh yes...I almost forgot.....grumpy old fart. :-) And I love these
guys! :-)

To add to this, I'm a Pisces, and while I don't care either way, I *don't* lost
debates when I've set my mind to it.  

And, I'm a grumpy young fart . . .  :^) who is probably just as opinionated
(except on the cooking matters where she is totally inexperienced)
