I doubt I would be translating anything, so the translation class would
personally have little appeal to me.  One on redacting a translated
recipe or a workshop where several recipes were redacted and worked on
in class would be of interest. It doesn't seem to work well on the list for
me because by the time I get around to working on the recipe I've already
seen many other people's attempts. As I get the digest it is hard just
to skip past them.
