good lady, I'll ask you the same question I asked Morgana.  How old are
you and how much to you weigh?  I'm certainly not saying i've never cooked
an event and stayed to clean the kitchen - and the hall! - but i don't do
it anymore.  -and- I work to make sure that this level of 'participation'
will no longer be asked of me.  it's part of learning and growing as a
cook and kitchen manager.
