<Would have let this go, if you had not named the event and the Barony.>

This was my feast, my crew and this is the Barony where I live. And the
above is inaccurate. Allow me to provide you with the details.

TWO (count 'em, two) of the kitchen crew left after the feast was served.
One because he was already late getting home and letting the baby-sitter
go home (bearing in mind, the sitter had been there since 6:30 am, and it
was now 10:30 p.m.), the other because of a prior family committment the
next morning at 6:00a.m.

ALL the rest of the kitchen crew was still there after the feast was over.
The Baron, the Event Steward, and my husband and I were the last ones to
leave the site. Two of my crew members (and their three small children)
left exactly 3 minutes before I did. The gentle who promised to run the
clean up, and the ONE person who promised to help, were both there. We
just had a shortage of people sign up to clean. In the defense of my
Barony, this Coronation was the 2nd kingdom event of between 400 and
500 people we had given in four weeks. Everyone was already running on
empty when we *started* that morning. For all that, we did pretty well,
I thought, and got many compliments from the site.

If you're going to help with the clean up, that's wonderful, and thank
you. But don't dis the group for "needing" your help afterwards.

Feast Steward of said Coronation
