Getting an idea here--there have been a number of feasts, lately, where
lots more showed up and wanted to be fed. YMMV, but in AEthelmearc
people tend to do that. Now, in Butler, where Anna is located, and at
some events in Pittsburgh, where I am, there are many places for
out-board. For some sites, there's nothing around.

HINT: Dorseyville Fire Hall is one of these, so if you come to Weapons
Proficiency in July, MAKE ADVANCE RESERVATIONS! We prepare lots more
food ahead of time than we used to do; it's not all expandable on the
day.

What would you think of having a late-comer's board, consisting of things
that could be thrown together on the last day? I'm thinking of
canned/dried foods that could make a soup/stew and, if not needed, stay
in a supplies box until next time. It wouldn't be as good as the regular
feast, and it wouldn't be cheap, either. They would need to be at a
special table, and I don't know if we could enforce that.
Examples: canned ham, Syrose made from packaged bread crumbs and canned
cherries, canned chicken and mushrooms for a noodle tossed with oil dish.
Canned veggies and bouillion cube soup, or a canned soup just heated.
That might teach folks to pre-register!!!!
