I assume this experiment was conducted before you developed your allergy to 
capsicums, bell peppers and the unrelated black pepper nad long pepper 
species? Otherwise , information may have been 2nd hand experience and those 
voicing the opinion might have had the same rection to your small batch 
version of chili.
