SC - Goat roast help requested

Goat, like any other meat, gets tougher the older it is. If you have a
mature billy, you can follow a recipe suggested here, I believe, for another
beast, which involves boiling it for a week with a pair of old leather
boots, draining it, and throwing away the goat and eating the boots.
If you have a young goat, say 6-8 months, you should have no problem,
although parboiling would minimize the amount of roasting you'd have to do.
