SC - Question about pronunciation

So,
    All you goat ropers I mean roasters I mean pig roasters out there..... How
long and tall is an 80 to 90 lb pig?  I need to start on the pit.....  Thanks
for the info.  I think I will butterfly them in the interest of time. I have a
boar's head for the food processional.
