Hi Olwen.  I promise not to call you Margaret again.  Could you please
ask your daughter for the name of the non-animal stuff she uses, and
where she gets it?  I know there is supposed to be some sort of thing
from a Chinese agar, or some such.  It would be pretty hard to find, I
think.  I'd like to find something more easily obtainable.
