SC - Poppa! Help! seeing double, triple

Is anyone else receiving messages from SCA-Cooks two and three times? 
I'd appreciate advice on what to do about it!  I can barely keep my 
mailbox from overflowing with the normal load, doubling and tripling 
some messages is sure to wreak havoc soon.
