This is correct to a point but the  main thing about Cuskies is that this 
recipe contaihns the ONLY diagram of a product within the corpus of known 
medieval recipes that anyone is aware of to date. The explanation in the 
recipe and the diagram are correspond exactly. The interpretatrion is 
questionable. :-)
