Hi! My name is Jo-Ann, and I recently became interested in Renaissance
food. Actually, I'm doing a project in school about the Renaissance. I
volunteered to provide the food because I like to cook. I tried going to
the library and looking up resources, but it just doesn't have what I'm
looking for! So, I started surfing on the net, and came across the
SCA-Cooks Webpage. It looked really interesting so I decided to
"subscribe". If anyone has any Renaissance recipes that they feel that high
school students would enjoy, please e-mail me at: TEN77712 at worldnet.att.net
      Actually e-mail me anything, I think I'd like to try some for fun. Oh
yeah....the welcoming message told me to write something about myself.
Umm....I like to cook, I play tennis, I like to write (my message is
already getting lengthy), and I guess that you could call me an academic,
but I don't freak out over tests and stuff like that. So I guess that's
