Sharon says:

>I am one of those individuals with a sensitivity to garlic. This was
actually tested and discovered by my very observant allergist. If I eat
too much garlic I get really ill. Even if I am only using garlic powder.
Have you checked your information with a medical individual?<

Yes I have, Garlic powder is dried and powdered whole garlic- the
manufacturors don't take the green shoots out. If you like it, try whole
garlic, my way, with your meds and a phone near by. You should be pretty
happy with the results. If your symptoms are merely (merely!) gastric upset,
it's a reaction to the green shoots- if you start doing the hives/breathing
difficulty thing, then you have an actual allergy, although it's unlikely
that it's garlic itself- it might well be something closely associated with
it, including spices or foods served with it, or pesticides/fertilizers
applied to it.
