Okay...let me rephrase my question....
	(my thanks to the person who helped with the question)

I'm looking for foods that were believed to be
poisonous, or not to be eaten together, or foods to be eaten at certain
times...etc....

For instance....were there any "Old Wives Tales" about what to eat before
trying to conceive or what to eat if you wanted a boy or girl....etc....
(no...I'm not trying....thanks!)

If anyone has any sources for "tales" or "stories" involving Food please
let me know!
