NOT live, for Pennsic.  Bad old incident of former days means no live
animals to be butchered on site.  Get them delivered dead and dressed.
(Italiana Ren or Elizabethan--doesn't matter) 

Sounds wonderful--wish our camp master would allow us to dig a trench and
cook one...  

Is the processing cost in addition to the $2.00/pound?  Wouldn't one of
these for the Tuesday night cooks' meeting be fantastic?  Hey, Stefan, if
the classes tents are going to be in the Pennsic Services block, and
Ansteorra is across the street...getting any ideas?  ;-)  Be happy to
toss my $2 into the helmet.
