It's not on my computer.  If I ever type it all in, I'll send it to
Stefan for the Florilegium, but don't hold your breath.  I've got lots of
other stuff to do, and some classes to get ready that I've promised for
War Practice and Pennsic.

After seeing too many Kitchen Stewards burned out by the end of an event,
the second thing I say to an Autocrat (right after 'of course I'll cook
your next feast!') is, "I don't do cooking AND clean-up--you are in
charge of getting a reliable clean-up crew!"  While I understand that
small shires have big problems, really good cooks are too precious to
waste with over-work.  And I'm lucky, right now, in a big barony that
knows how to do things well.
