SC - Vigil Food

I too, would be interested in seeing what suggestions others come up
with, for I have made the big step (perhaps foolishly) of volunteering
to serve lunch to our Royalty at our next Candlemas event next
February. Since this is under a dozen people and not a feast, I think
I can do it. I would however be interested in seeing menus or recipe
suggestions from any of you who have done something similar. There
is no particular regional or time period theme for the event. I am
a somewhat inexperienced cook, but I do have time to practice.
