SC - op, oot-yuma area

Yuma is in far SW Arizona on the Colorado River just across from California.
The area is Sonoran desert.  I haven't been there in years, so I can't give
you much about the SCA, housing or jobs.  I think Mordonna is closest, being
in Phoenix, and may be able to fill in more of the blanks.
