Actually, I recently became a serious convert when I cooked
the feast for the Procrastinator's Ball. I had thought to buy
all the bread for the feast and then changed my mind when
work started to get hectic. That souns backwards, I know.
You see, I use baking as a way to blow off steam and often
nothing but bread can handle the abuse. :)

All the bread I made used a mix of organic spelt and organic
whole wheat or organic rye. And of all the food that got
made, oddly enough, the *bread* is what I received the
most comments on. Each table got a very large loaf at the
beginning of the meal and a card telling them which bread
they had. I made 10 different loaves and in the few brief
moments I had to breathe as a course went out, I saw some
table sitters leaning over next to each other to see which
kind the nearby tables got. Everyone appeared to be
smiling.

I think if I don't do a feast again soon, I'll volunteer to
supply all the bread loaves. But...well...I've got the bug.
I'm already making out feast plans for the next few
feasts I could cook. Please tell me this is normal...I'm
not the only one who works out entire feast menus
that may never get cooked, am I?
