I don't know that I am capable of teaching an entire class on this topic, 
though I'd certainly be glad to contribute something.  Perhaps a panel 
discussion?  There are a number of folks who have done some 
translation work in various languages.  (What about the lady who did 
that German cookbook?  ::sigh::  Now *my* memory for names is 
going.)

I'm not quite sure what you have in mind here.  Library resources for 
doing translation?  Or for locating source materials?  Or something 
else?  I am a reference librarian in a medium-sized suburban public 
library, so I suppose that I can comment from the perspective of the 
researcher/translator who does not have ready access to the most 
comprehensive and scholarly resources...
