SC - digest question

I think this question was already asked, but how do I get a digest of all
the messages? boy, you guys can sure write a lot! :-) THANX TO EVERYONE WHO
HELPED ME OUT WITH THE RECIPES!!! I wanted to make a small renaissance
meal, but the other two people in my group just want to do desserts. urg!
oh, and how do you make rosewater? I think I have an idea, but I don't
