SC - Carne con chile

I'm the 'pepper-phobe', Ras.  When I make chile for myself, it's really
only meat, beans, tomatoes and celery and onions.  Maybe I'll try some
cumin, or cubebs next time.  

Are you all groaning in horror?  8-)
