SC - Question about pronunciation

Hi,

I've been working on that one, too.  I call it Mah'-kee.  Hieatt, et al,
don't have a pronounciation in the glossary.  Perhaps someone has the OED
handy.  How are you serving yours?

Sounds like a good dinner, flavors, colors and textures balanced. 
Several of the dishes can have substitutions for vegetarians without much
fuss, if you need to do that.  I thought you didn't like sage?
