SC - Wheat vs Spelt Icelandic Chicken doughs

Sorry, spelt (Triticum spelta) is wheat.  All members of the genus Triticum
are wheat.  I won't argue about the quality of taste and texture.  I like
it, you like it and a lot of people in Antiquity liked it.
