Simply send an email to majordomo at ansteorra.org and in the body of the message
write:

subscribe sca-cooks-digest

Majodomo will subscribe the address it was sent from. If you wish it to be
subscribed to another address just put the address at the end.

Example:  subscribe sca-cooks-digest jbenloe at mindspring.com

There should be no problems but if you encounter any please let me know
and I'll try to correct them.
