SC - Some (more) modernized Forme of Cury

I did, Gille.  The ones I've sent are numbers 1 thru 10 of Book IV.  Just
checked the post--it's there!

Thanks for the one you sent.  I haven't done all of the others in order,
concentrating first on Fome of Cury, since it's supposed to have the
other recipes, if not all exactly the same variations.
