I think I obtained it via interlibrary loan=2E It was published by the
Culinary Historians of Boston=2C I think=2C and is entitled=2C "An Earl=

Century Northern-European Cookbook=22=2E What I have is photocopied fro=

some journal or other=2C presumably from said Culinary Historians of
Boston=2C since the first page is marked as page 27=2E Probably a searc=
h
through a Reader's Guide to Periodical Literature would be a start=2E

I don't have easy access to a scanner at the moment=2C but will see if =
I
can get my lady wife to fax it to me from her office=2C then run it
through some OCR software=2C and see if I can get an electronic copy th=
at way=2E

FWIW=2C Grewe does not include any of the recipes in their original for=
ms=2C
only his English translations=2E It's still a good resource for simply
cooking the dishes=2C since it is an attempt to re-create the
ur-manuscript by putting all the versions side by side to get as many
different recipes as possible (a total of 35=29=2E I think the German
version has more=2C but not all the recipes are from the ur-text (Grewe=
's
term=2C not mine=29=2E
