SC - Re: Welsh Cooking

There are two things I would dearly love to see happen somewhere near
where I am at:

1)	A pastry clinic
2)	A bread clinic

These two things are my Achilles' heels in cookery.  I know I'm not the
only one.

I have evolved shortcuts around both, but like calculus, I dream of
mastering them someday.
