SC - "Chocolate in a Period Form"

Now that I know what I'm supposed to do with the oats, I have to document 
this darn project. Does anyone know where I might find a period oatcake 
recipe? I know this is fiendishly difficult because it's baking but I think I 
saw a period recipe once.
