Okay guys, only 52 digests to go...maybe I'll catch up by the time =
everyone
gets back from Pennsic.

What caught my eye this time was the mention of "John Marzetti"...

This has been the general rule wherever I've lived
in the US- Ohio's the only place I'm aware of which calls the stuff =
"John
Marzetti". Myself, considering that there's a fairly popular variety of
commercial salad dressings out here brand name Marzetti,=20

I was just at my Granddad's house and I raided some of my Grandma's =
recipes.
One of the ones I got was "Joe Mazoti". I wonder if this could be the =
same
thing.

1 =BD lbs ground beef
8 large onions
1 large can tomato sauce
1 lb mushrooms
1 bunch celery
2 green peppers
1 lemon
1 lb sharp cheese
1 lg package wide noodles

chop everything up and cook in large pot at 350 until done.

My Grandmother's family is from Pittsburgh (ish) area. The last time =
my
family made this it fed tons of people and took forever to chop =
everything
up.

Orlaith
