Greetings,
Yes, one cannot be too careful with eggs. I am lucky enough to get fresh
eggs from chickens, geese, duck and the occasional peafowl. Yet, even my
safe source managed to get a common parasite that can be transferred to
humans through the yokes not being fully cooked. For most adults, it is not
a problem. For smalls and the elderly it can be dangerous. IT attacks the
intestines and can be found by traces of blood in stools. Proper medication
will solve the problem.
I still like my eggs over easy. Yet my kids eggs are scrambled well
