I will ask my lady for the recipe. As I remember it takes a long time. Let
me repeat a long time of stirring so that it does not scorch. Very important
it does not scorch. We started with a very large stock pot and ended with
about a forth. But it was very good. My son still prefers us to make the
real stuff. Time wise it took us over 24 hours to cook it down.
