I love shrimp and find brussels sprouts ok, but... tripe? ICK!

I, too, have tried tripe quite a number of ways: Mexican, Thai, Peruvian,
and French manners. I find, regardless of sauce or spice, that i really
can't stand the texture...

The only kind i've been able to eat is Indonesian style chicken tripe saté.
When it's done it's spicey and crunchy and that's ok by me.
