Hello Brangwayna,
I like the book for it's originals too.  I was thinking of redacting them 
myself anyway, of using my own interpretations, not hers,

cooking 
 techniques or times, but compare the original and modern versions very 
 carefully, and don't expect her to have followed the original closely.
