I believe that an unspecified group of "the fighters" are to be the judges
per what Gunthar said.  I'm told by sources in the group that it was a 
last-minute addition by one person.  

If the precise rules are to consider the documentation in some significant
balance to the food entries (which, even if properly prepared, will not in
any way resemble Hershey bars), and that's understood, then we'll see what
happens.

What is not clear to me is whether the person who set up the contest
understands that chocolate per se is *not* period.  On that, much depends.
