Good Gentles of the List,

I now have a lamb, a place to butcher, and everything I need.

I have the following signed up for the class, with the requested parts
attached after the person's name:

This brings us up to 15,  but upon discussion with Alys K, I discovered that
the usual procedure is to sign up the day before the class at War, so what I
am doing is considering you all signed up, and opening the class to 5 more
people at War.

In order to solve logistical problems, I want us to share transport to the
place we're butchering, and I have one volunteer for transport, Lord
Frederich, who can take 9, myself, who can take 6 as well as transport all
needed items, but that leaves up to 6 of us needing a ride. Do I have any
volunteer drivers?

Remember, to wear either rough garb or mundane clothing, and bring a sharp
knife. I'll provide soap and rubber gloves, but if you have a particular
soap you need to use, bring it. Lord Stefan was concerned as to whether this
might get "gory". I can assure you that a proper butchering is not, but
there will undoubtedly be a bit of spilled blood, feces, and urine, so dress
and shoe yourselves accordingly. Also, please bring a sharp knife which you
can handle comfortably. I will slaughter the lamb, get you started, and help
with the difficult bits, but essentially you'll be doing it yourselves. I
will lecture a bit, showing you what part is which and how to separate them,
but plan on this being a hands-on class. I will have a diamond stone for
touching up knives.

I also need recipes. As you can see, I've given out the more difficult bits
to the cooks I know are more experienced, and there will be one intact leg,
but plan on doing recipes which call for smaller bits.
