Hello Good Gentles

I have at least two recipies at hand.  Would you like me to bring copies out 
of my books.  I could bring others some choices.   

As I have never butchered before, what do you consider a good knife.  I have 
a good fishing knife that I like,or do you mean  a boning knife?

I was thinking about a lamb/mutton stew or a lamb kabob?  

Any ideas?
