[Wrong Ras; very wrong....most folks day to day food, if it is
pre-prepared at all is oversalted, over-sugared, soaked in fats and they
probably don't even know it. Add the excess fats and salts and oils in
most feast foods and it is a considerable over load. ]
The amount eaten would be insignificant in the long run.

[Very wrong...I know I don't always do the right thing regarding my food
intake, but I am very aware of its reactions, its affects, and I
experiemced myself this past Pennsic the raction of my CHF to not eating
