Yes Ian, 

Alas I can'na call my lady mundane anymore, just modern.  Hmm perhaps I never 
should have called her mundane.  That may explain a lot :-)  

I will admit that feastacrate, autocrate or kinders were not all that bad of 
terms.  Perhaps as we (SCA) approach middle age, we have forgotten to have 
fun in our game and take it to seriously.  I remember when (yes a no *! @#$ 
story) trying out my first Trib and had the whole shire making and duct 
taping water balloons.  Various sorts of real and made up theries as to what 
was working or not.  When we finished that night and we had clean up the 
interior of my van, (Yes I can document that tribs sometimes shoot backwards) 
an old-timer remarked "that he had forgotten how much fun learning history 
can be."
