Remember though........using a hand grater will produce a product which 
really does taste very much different from the product produced by using a 
food processor. Not a great difference but definitely one that will be very 
noticeable to people who have tasted the dish made in a more traditional 
manner.

'pasta' machine as  compared with that made by hand. :-(  )
