Major happy dancing - Thanks for the structural gingerbread info. I made
a tryptych of stained glass and took it to work for the bake-off and
won!
My boss was so impressed he wants to hire me to make 4 more to give out
to some major clients.....I didn't have the heart to tell him that the
'glass' was jolly rancher candies!

[sorry, I was going to take pictures, but the vultures that I work with
actually broke it up and were dunking it to eat it, eventhough they had
beentold that it was to look at and not to eat!]
